Harvey's ideal home
Harvey needs a very specific home. He needs a quiet household of one or two people, ideally who are working and can leave him alone for 4 to 6 hours a day. You'll also need to be comfortable with using a pen to give him his own space, keeping him off the furniture and have some experience with training dogs. Harvey can't live with other pets or anyone under 18, or in a property with a communal garden.
Could you be Harvey's perfect match?
Harvey is a 5 year old Cockerpoo, looking for rather a special home! He appears to be a very confident chap but really he's rather a worried and nervous boy underneath. He has come from a very loving home but unfortunately was displaying unwanted behaviours over resources and handling, that his family couldn't manage. Harvey is a great adventure buddy and loves to go for walks and a swim and he really enjoys training. He's been working very hard with his trainer Steph, and we feel that he's ready to find a new home. His new family will need to be happy to follow the training plan and work with the team at the centre in order to set Harvey up for success in his new home. Harvey is very clean at home and enjoys spending some time by himself, so would be an ideal dog for a working couple. He needs an adult environment without much chaos, and he will walk with other dogs but he doesn't enjoy face to face interaction.
