Oggy's ideal home

Oggy the Cockerpoo is a real bright spark that loves showing off his tricks for treats. He would love to find an experienced adult-only home where he can be the only pet. He requires a secure garden with 6ft fences so that he can sniff about and explore. Oggy loves his toys and can also struggle to share other items that are of high value to him. This is something that his new family will need to be mindful of as this is an area that he needs some extra support and management in. He has no problem hopping into the car and will settle nicely once he's on his travels. Oggy requests a safe space of his own so that he can take himself off to relax in when he needs to.

A keen interest in training and understanding of resource guarding is required for Oggy's new family as it will help them to continue the great progress that he's been making with his training and help him to best succeed in his new abode. Ongoing behavioural support from our dedicated behaviour team will be available to them throughout the rehoming process and once he's in his new home. Oggy is a wonderful boy and has so much potential that will really shine through in the right home.

Oggy is a fantastic lad that is looking for adopters that will support his needs as he settles back into home living. Oggy prefers a more hands-off approach to begin with but once he knows you, he will enjoy a good old fuss. He loves learning and is eager to get stuck into new activities and so would suit an owner that enjoys training and is keen to take on a project pooch. Oggy will need his adopters to make multiple trips to the centre to slowly work on building up a relationship with him and he will also need to visit his new home a few times so that he can be introduced to his new environment in a positive and managed way.
