Dolly is a sweet, affectionate four-year-old Poodle cross who is looking for a family to help her continue building her confidence. Currently thriving in foster care, she has settled in wonderfully, happily exploring the garden, making herself at home, and enjoying being close to her people. Dolly is instantly friendly with most people, although she can be wary of unfamiliar men and may bark initially. With a little time and gentle reassurance, she quickly forms trusting relationships, as shown with her male foster carer. She absolutely loves her walks and gets very excited when she sees her lead, but having lived a sheltered life, she can find new sights and sounds confusing. Her ideal family will enjoy helping her discover the world at her own pace through positive experiences. At home, Dolly is fully housetrained, loves carrying her favourite toys around, and could happily live with sensible secondary school-aged children.
