Handsome boy Rylee is looking for a very special home. At 8 years old, he is completely blind and it would appear he has been so for quite some time. This doesn't stop him from loving his toys, having plenty of cuddles and being an absolute character! Rylee understandably finds busy environments a little overwhelming, so he is looking for a quiet home in a more rural environment where he can go for peaceful walks in the countryside. He has the potential to share his home with another dog but the dog would need to be very calm and gentle to not startle Rylee and this would be pending successful introductions at the centre. He has previously lived with a cat and could happily do so again. Children should be older secondary school aged and he will need a private garden to enjoy.

Rylee is a sweet Miniature Poodle cross looking for patient adopters who can offer him a calm, consistent routine and a predictable home environment. Although he is blind, he adapts wonderfully once he has learned his surroundings and quickly becomes confident in familiar spaces. In his current foster home, Rylee is described as a cheeky little character, full of energy, joy, and personality. He absolutely loves his walks, especially in quiet, open areas where he can enjoy exploring all the exciting scents without being overwhelmed by lots of noise. Rylee is a truly delightful little dog, and everyone who meets him can’t help but fall in love.
