About This Dog

Benji's ideal home

Benji is a 2 year old Labrador X Poodle. He will need to be the only pet in the home and would benefit form having some calm doggy friends to walk with outside of the home to build his confidence and socialisation skills as while he has been able to say hello and walk with dogs at the centre, he can become frustrated and may show this by barking and lunging. He will need ongoing training around dog socialisation which our Behaviour Team can offer advice on. Benji could join a home with children of Secondary School age and older. He would like his own secure garden to provide access to run around and play as he will need to be kept on lead when outside of the home. Once settled, leaving hours can be introduced

Could you be Benji's perfect match?

Benji is a friendly boy who loves being around people and enjoys a fuss. He knows “sit” “paw” and is housetrained.
