Lisa is a sweet, happy one-year-old who loves meeting new people and greets the world with a friendly nature. She has a medium energy level and enjoys gentle activity balanced with downtime. Lisa is confident when meeting other dogs and could happily live with a calm, older dog who can help guide her and show her that the world isn’t such a scary place. She can also live with calm, sensible children aged 11+ who understand when to give her space so she doesn’t become overwhelmed. Lisa is currently in foster care, where her carers have already begun her training and confidence-building journey.
Could you be Lisa's perfect match?
Lisa is looking for patient, committed adopters who have the time and understanding to continue her training and help her blossom. She will need ongoing house training, confidence building, and to learn how to walk nicely on a lead. She cannot be left alone initially, so any leaving hours will need to be built up gradually. A secure garden is essential so she has a safe space to explore and relax. With the right support, consistency, and kindness, Lisa will be an incredibly rewarding rehome and a loving companion to her new family.
