About This Dog for Adoption
Cookie's ideal home
Cookie is a super sweet, excitable boy. He absolutely loves attention and is such a cuddle bug. Cookie is a young boy so he can be very jumpy and is very playful and bouncy. He can also get a little bit mouthy and humpy when he's overwhelmed or over excited so that is just something to keep in mind in his future home. Cookie absolutley loves his toys, especially ones he can play tug of war of with. He will bring his toys over to you to play with but he isn't very good at dropping them, so would be good to teach him some swap and drops in the home. Cookie can live with children in his new home, but they need to be confident as he is cheeky and can be boisterous when playing. He would be best as an only dog in the home as he does find being round dogs very exciting and he isn't very good at reading signs, but would love to have doggy friends out and about. He can live with cats in the home as he does get on well with them, but would have to be a dog savvy cat as he can be quite intense. Cookie can be left alone for a few hours, but this would need to be built up gradually in the home and only once he is settled. He would really suit a home that can spend time playing with him and taking him for lots of lovely adverntures out and about, as he diddnt go out for a lot of walks previosuley, so he is finding the outside world very exciting.
Could you be Cookie's perfect match?
Cookie is a very cuddly boy who loves to snuggle up on the sofa and have all the attention. He does have a cheeky side, especially when meeting new people. He can get very vocal, excitable and jumpy with visitors, but he just wants to say hi, he just doesn't know how to do it in calm manner, so he may need some help with this in the home. Overall cookie is looking for a family that can give him all their attention, take him out exploring and teaching him some of the basics as he still does act like a puppy. He is such a lovely and would make a really nice addition to the family.
