About This Dog for Adoption

Curly's ideal home

Curly is a two-year-old Cockerpoo with quiet disposition and an affectionate side once he has built a bond. He’s seeking a calm and peaceful home, where he could settle into some home comforts at his own pace. Due to his shy nature, we feel that Curly would be best suited to living with secondary-school aged children who could be patient and gentle with him. While friendly with most dogs out and about, Curly would like to be the only pet at home at this stage, so that he can receive all the love and attention to himself. However, he would enjoy having well-suited walking buddies who he could meet up with regularly. He is used to having a garden and would prefer a home with an outdoor space to support with his toileting routine.

Could you be Curly's perfect match?

Curly is an active boy who will appreciate being taken on lots of long walks in exciting new places. While he may be a little reserved at first, he doesn’t take too long to get to know you and becomes an affectionate, snuggly companion once you’ve earned his friendship. He’ll likely enjoy lying next to you on the sofa for a fuss and will show off his playful side by rolling around on the floor and throwing his toys in their air like a big goofball! He’s great fun to be around, and seeing more of his personality shine as he becomes more settled will be incredibly rewarding for his forever family.
