Willow's ideal home
Meet 4 year old Willow. she's a friendly Poodle x Cocker Spaniel who is on the search for a new forever home. She is currently in foster with another dog and getting along well, so could live with another neutered dog pending successful meet at the centre near Penrith. Willow could live with secondary school aged children who are confident around an energetic dog. Willow is super friendly and loves all the attention she is getting from her foster family. She can jump up when she sees you, so would benefit from further training around keeping her paws on the floors.
Could you be Willow's perfect match?
Willow can be a little shy initially, however this soon disappears, Willow is a very affectionate in the home and would love a family where she can be the centre of attention. She would love a secure garden where she can play, relax of burn off some energy. She is active on the lead and can pull a little, she loves playing with toys, she takes her treats gently and she has been good to handle by the team, the vets, the foster carer. She came to us with her coat in a poor state, she has been groomed and will need to be groomed on a regular basis, (well behaved for grooming). potential adopters will need to consider this, as grooming for cockerpoo is recommended approx. every 6 weeks.
