About This Dog for Adoption
Lily's ideal home
Lily is looking for an active home with adopters who can take her on exploring, sniffy adventures, give her training and enrichment to keep her clever brain busy and give her all the care and attention she deserves, who will advocate for her in situations she may find uncomfortable. Lily is a sweet, but worried girl, so can live with children aged 14 and over who will play with her nicely and give her space to rest and relax when she needs. She could live with a calm and confident dog who will play with her and happily co-exist, this will be pending successful meetings at the centre, although living with another dog would be beneficial it is not a necessity, she could have polite, but playful walking buddies, she could live with cats. Lily has some training under her belt, she does a lovely “sit” and “paw”, she would benefit from training based around confidence building in short, sweet sessions as she does get distracted. She will need a refresher on her housetraining, so access to a private, secure garden is needed. Lily is very worried being left alone, so is looking for an adopter who is home the majority of the time or can take her along with them when they go out. Lily will need to meet her adopters multiple times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet her within 48hrs of being shortlisted.
Could you be Lily's perfect match?
Super playful girl Lily is a 10 month old Dalmatian Cross who loves to run around with her favourite 2 legged and 4 legged friends. She can be a little worried around new people, but once she knows you she is the best pal you can have. She enjoys a fuss and is happy to be stroked all over, she will lean in or jump up for more, once she has had enough she will wander off. She will happily chase around after toys, but doesn’t know what to do with them once she has them yet. This lovely lass is looking for her new home now.
