Fudge's ideal home
Fudge is a 2-year-old Poodle Crossbreed looking for his forever home. This sweet chap has not had the best start to life but is confident around people and builds relationships well. Fudge would prefer a home with minimal leaving hours, with adopters who are happy to continue his transition into a home environment initially with leaving hours then built up over time. Fudge will need to live as an only pet, although he would benefit from having confident dog walking friends out and about. Whilst Fudge does not have any history around children, he could live with calm children of a secondary school age, pending successful meets. Whilst Fudge has made amazing progress since being in our care, any adopters will need to be open and happy to continue further training that has been started. As Fudge may not feel happy going on walks initially, a secure garden his essential for his transition into a home.
We would be looking to place Fudge into a home on a foster-to-adopt basis initially, so that our welfare team can provide ongoing support for adopters. Because of this, adopters that live within an hour of the centre would be ideal.

Fudge is a lovable, cheeky character who enjoys a cuddle with his main handlers. Whilst he does enjoy engaging in play occasionally, he is much more interested in people and getting a fuss!
